Peter Montadas has more than 20 years of experience in Enterprise Applications Development & Integration, IT Business solutions Development, Business Analytics & Data Warehousing solutions, and Project Management. Peter develops business technology solutions for Momentum Consulting’s enterprise-level corporate customers across multiple industry verticals. These industries include travel, hospitality, retail, finance and transportation. Peter actively partners with clients, managing the accounts of key enterprise clients and the architecture of high-level IT business solutions.
Today, Peter serves as the United Way Tocqueville Society Cabinet Co-Chair. Peter also dedicates his time to supporting Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, where he is an active Belen Alumni Association board member and Founder/Past Executive Chair of the Belen Information Technology Section (BITS). Peter also serves as a board member of the Association of Cuban American Engineers (ACAE), where he is the Past President, as well as a recipient of the prestigious "Engineer of the Year Award." Peter is Vice-Chairman and a board member of the Florida International University (FIU) Center for Leadership.
Mayte Fernandez manages all aspects of corporate operations and also manages key client accounts. Mayte has over 25 years of experience in Business Analytics & Data Management, Technology Implementations, Infrastructure Solutions, Project Management, Application Development and Data Integration efforts. Mayte's background is diverse; she has worked for Fortune 500 and start-up companies with notable success in both. Mayte has held a number of management roles and has successfully built and directed teams.
Mayte has received various achievements and recognition awards including Top 50 Women Business Leaders (2015-2016). She is an active philanthropist and member of various associations in the community. Currently, Mayte is a board member of The Make-A -Wish Foundation. Other organizations she is actively involved in include Lynn Mitchell Foundation, Jim Moran Classic, IT Women, WITI (Women in Technology), and Young President's Organization (YPO).
